POSITION SUMMARY:


This position leads the team of Member Service Associates and manages the operations of the Member Services department, ensuring that all VillaSport members receive five-star service when entering and departing the club and when requesting changes to or information about their membership account.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Five-star customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and phone skills.

  • Highly proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently.

  • Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus.

  • Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, customer-facing position.

  • Servant leadership mindset.

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to work with and serve all kinds of people.

  • Responsible and accountable; self-motivated.

  • High energy with a positive outlook.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • College degree, progress toward a college degree, or equivalent skills gained through experience.
