Compensation

Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and incentivize performance while providing stability and growth opportunities within our organization. YouFit offers compensation packages that are competitive in the industry. These packages typically include base pay, along with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and/or bonuses. This is a full-time hourly position.
Core Job Duties
Revenue Targets: Ensure monthly personal training revenue targets are met.
Fitness Assessments: Conduct three fitness assessments per day with prospective clients.
Sales Expectations: Maintain all sales expectations.
Training Evaluations: Evaluate Session and Small Group Training sessions.
Action Plans: Create and manage action plans to achieve overall goals.
Member Relationships: Work closely with the General Manager to maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals.
Sales Generation: Create additional traffic and generate sales.
Positive Environment: Create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, and guests.
New Member Contact: Welcome new members and ensure they schedule/attend their fitness assessment.
Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service to keep members engaged with their fitness program.
Decision Making: Provide effective decision-making for customer service issues to ensure a positive member experience.
Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews/meetings with canceling clients.
Fitness Programs: Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
Client Motivation: Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and reassessments.
Scheduling: Maintain the personal trainer staff schedule and SGT schedule according to YouFit standards and gym needs.
Client Training: Train clients up to 10 hours per week.
Meetings: Conduct and participate in management meetings.
Recruitment: Recruit personal trainers to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Staff Development: Supervise, guide, and develop the personal training staff.
Computer Literacy: Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology
Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree
Maintain a CPR / AED certification.
Experience with Personal training and personal training sales
Excellent time management skills.
Strong knowledge in all aspects of fitness.
Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Committed to continuous personal development.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this role successfully. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.
Travel may be required at times.
