We are searching for Certified Fitness Trainers to join our planet! 
 
As the Certified Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for running the training program, creating a positive member experience and providing a friendly & beneficial level of training to Planet Fitness members & guests.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Positive & Upbeat attitude!

  • Creating the class schedule which includes member orientation and individual classes where programs are designed specifically for members.

  • Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to safely use the equipment.

  • Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone®.

  • Be readily available for members when classes are not in session.

  • Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in

  • Be a team player!


Qualifications:



  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  •  Punctuality & reliability is a must

  • Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.

  • CPR/AED Certified (if not, training to be provided by Planet Fitness)

  • Personal training experience preferred.

Physical Demands of the Certified Fitness Trainer role:


  • Continual standing & walking during shift.

  • Moving about in different positions, including lifting, bending and twisting

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
